At EKPhotography, we want you to be fully satisfied with the services and products we provide. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when refunds or returns may be available in relation to our wedding photography services and related products.
Services (Photography Coverage)
The booking fee (deposit) paid to secure your wedding date is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers the time spent preparing for your wedding and ensures that the date is reserved exclusively for you.
If you cancel your booking after the final balance has been paid, refunds will not normally be issued. However, if we are unable to provide the agreed services due to illness, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will refund all payments received, including the booking fee.
If your wedding date needs to be rescheduled, we will make every effort to transfer your booking to the new date, subject to our availability. In such cases, payments already made will be carried forward.
Digital Products (Photographs & Online Galleries)
Once digital images have been delivered, refunds cannot be offered. This is because digital downloads are intangible products that cannot be returned. If there is an issue with the editing style, you may request a revision to ourselves and we will work closely with you to resolve the issues you may have. However, if there is a technical issue with accessing your gallery or files, we will work with you to resolve the problem and ensure you receive your images.
Physical Products (Albums, Prints, USBs)
All physical products are custom-made to order. As such, refunds or exchanges are not available for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Processing Refunds
Where refunds are approved, they will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
Your Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
