At EKPhotography, we are committed to ensuring that your wedding photographs, albums, and other purchased products are delivered to you safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we handle digital and physical deliveries for clients based in the United Kingdom.
Digital Deliveries
Most of our photography services include digital image delivery. Final edited images are provided through a secure online gallery or download link. You will receive access details via email once your gallery is ready. Digital delivery is free of charge and available worldwide.
Physical Deliveries
If your package includes physical products such as printed photographs, albums, or USB drives, these will be shipped via a trusted courier service. Shipping is available across the United Kingdom. Standard delivery times are typically between 5–10 working days once your order has been completed and approved. Delivery times may vary depending on product type and production schedules.
Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated in your package or order agreement, shipping costs are included in your photography package. If additional shipping fees apply (for example, for replacement items or custom orders), you will be notified in advance.
Order Processing
Physical products are handled by a third-party organisation, so processing times may vary. You will be informed of estimated delivery times when confirming your order. We will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you once your items have been dispatched.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or circumstances outside of our control (such as strikes, adverse weather, or customs delays). However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues where possible.
If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately at enk@live.co.uk. We will work with the courier to resolve the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.
