These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and the services provided by EKPhotography. By booking our photography services or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
We provide professional wedding photography services, which may include digital images, printed products, albums, or other related items. The details of your package will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed deadline stated in your booking agreement. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The booking fee is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation within 5 days of your wedding date, additional cancellation fees may apply as outlined in your contract. Rescheduling will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability.
4. Image Rights & Usage
We retain the copyright to all images taken. Clients are granted a personal licence to download, print, and share their images for personal use. Images must not be sold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
We may request permission to use selected images for marketing purposes, such as our website, social media, or portfolio. You have the right to refuse this by notifying us in writing.
5. Delivery of Images & Products
Digital images will be delivered via a secure online gallery within the timeframe stated in your booking agreement. Physical products (such as albums or prints)
will be delivered according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Liability
While we take every care to provide professional and reliable services, we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, illness, extreme weather, or venue restrictions. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your booking, our liability will be limited to a full refund of all payments made.
7. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that venues or third parties grant the necessary permissions for photography. We are not liable for restrictions imposed by venue staff or other service providers. Clients are also responsible for the behaviour of guests during photography sessions.
8. Complaints
Any concerns or complaints should be raised in writing within 14 days of receiving your images or products. We will work with you to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
